Who: Writer - Script and Story Bible

What: 17,000 square-foot immersive walkthrough experience themed to a 1960’s motel

Where: Downtown Los Angeles

When: March 2021 - October 2021

Why: When the producers of The Madcap Motel realized they wanted to add improvisational and scripted actors to their experience, they asked me to create a script and story bible that would help flesh out the world of the motel and Elsewhere. Using my experience of writing for themed entertainment, I workshopped an updated experience that added colorful characters of tourists, maids, concierges, clerks, and more! We were set to open last year the very day large gatherings were shut down! After laying dormant for a year, we finally reopened early May for new patrons. Hope to see you Elsewhere!
